Jamie, a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, joined Artis in 2024 and has played a key role in the growth of its residential and valuation business. In his new role, he will lead the firm's residential business and continue to advise private clients, institutional investors, insolvency practitioners, and developers across a broad range of residential property matters.
Over the course of his career, Jamie has advised on a number of high-profile residential transactions, including trophy home sales, while also acting on behalf of a wide range of institutional and insolvency clients. He is currently advising on the sell-down of a number of apartment portfolios on behalf of institutional clients. His experience spans residential agency, valuation, advisory, and strategic consultancy services.
