Artis has appointed David Clancy as Head of Development Land Advisory, strengthening the firm’s advisory and valuation offering across the Irish property market. Now based on Fitzwilliam Square in Dublin 2, Artis offers a full suite of advisory and transaction services across the commercial property sector.
David brings significant experience in development land, valuation, and strategic advisory services. He will lead the firm’s Development Land Advisory division, with a focus on supporting developers, funders, and investors across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
The appointment forms part of Artis’ continued expansion as the firm grows its senior advisory team and broadens its service offering.
