Part of what could prove a key piece of an hotel development jigsaw in Dublin 8 is to go for auction next week, October 27, on the Offr platform.
The lot comprises a six-storey apartment block known as 181 James Street for which agent Artis is quoting €850,000. Extending to 514.6 sqm, it comprises five apartments and a ground floor retail unit.
It is surrounded on three sides by a site with planning permission for a 145-bedroom hotel.
Another agent, Colliers, is selling the latter site at 180-184 James Street, which has previously changed hands for around €5m to €7m.
